The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond with their service. They were like a Ritz-Carlton staff, making our stay even more special. The head chef, Neginho, prepared incredible meals every day, surpassing many of the local restaurants. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide selection of fresh fruit, eggs, pastries, sausage. this hotel surpassed all our expectations and outshone any other hotel in this city.

Gorgeous ocean view from the room and a nice pool area. the hotel also had direct beach access which was convenient. the breakfast had a good variety of food items.

The service was disappointing, as the staff didn't seem interested in helping guests. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends.
